What does “I True Love You” mean?

It's what you say when the feeling is bigger than the usual words: not just love, true love. It reads as one phrase, in order: I, True Love, You. We put it on things you can wear, give or keep, for partners, best friends, family and pets.

How are your products made?

Every piece is made to order after you buy it, printed by our print partner Printify's production network. There's no warehouse of unsold stock, so allow a few extra days before your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and most other countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders outside the US may owe import duties or taxes on delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from our print partner's rates. For example, one t-shirt ships for $4.39 (October 2026).

When will my order arrive?

Each piece is made after you order it, so delivery takes production time plus shipping. For Valentine's Day, anniversaries and birthdays, order early.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please double-check your address at checkout: if a package can't be delivered because of a wrong address, sending it again costs extra.

Can I personalize a product?

Not yet. Every piece says “I True Love You” exactly as shown.

Who handles payment?

Checkout and payment run on Printify's secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card details.
